Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY DISPENSER IS OUT OF PRODUCT?

A: The bottom two windows will display red when your dispenser is ready for new product.


Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MYTOP WHIPPED TOPPING DRIPS OUT OF MY DISPENSER?

A: Ensure the product thaws under refrigeration for a full 24 hours before use. If drips persist, open the dispenser and make sure the roller is horizontal and not slanted.


Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF NOTHING COMES OUT WHEN I PRESS THE LEVER?

A: Check to make sure the roller is not slanted and the bag has not slipped loose from the bag clip.


Q: WHAT IS THE DISPENSER’S WARRANTY?

A: Upon its arrival to your location, the dispenser carries a one-year warranty. More warranty details can be found here


Q: HOW MUCH MYTOP WHIPPED TOPPING WILL I USE PER DAY?

A: mytop usage varies depending on your overall cup sales, but you can expect to use at least one bag per day. Higher volume stores can expect to use several bags per day.


Q: CAN I USE ON TOP® WHIPPED TOPPING OR ANY OTHER TOPPING PRODUCTS IN THE MYTOP DISPENSER?

A: No. The mytop dispenser has been designed to work only with mytop Whipped Topping – Rich’s Product Code: 10358.


Q: WILL I RECEIVE A CASE OF MYTOP WHIPPED TOPPING WITH THE PURCHASE OF A MYTOP DISPENSER?

A: No. To order a case of mytop Whipped Topping, contact your local foodservice distributor, your local Rich’s representative, or complete the Contact Us form.
